The domaine began using organic techniques in 2001 and went all organic including certification in 2008, wines of great aromatic complexity, caressing and voluptuous with an accuracy of flavors, In addition to the estate's superb wines, there is now the production from a small business called Dujac Fils et Père. The Clos Saint-Denis surprises less by its scale than by its nuances: the Mozart of the Côte de Nuits.
