We named our sake "Kijo-Nenpu" (noble brewer's sake), which continues to age over time. This product is an aged kijo-zake made with sake instead of water. After twenty years of storage, it turns a beautiful dark brown color, and the mellowness of the alcohol gives a sense of the dissolution of maturity. It features a clear sweetness that is also deep, like eating bitter chocolate, and can be enjoyed warm before or after a meal.
