SCYFOOD > Sake Yokoyama Junmaiginjo Silver Seven Contact Customer Service ENQUIRY In 1924, the first generation of the Yokoyama family established a sake and shochu brewery, and in 2018, a new sake brewery was built on Iki Island, reviving sake production for the first time in 30 years. With the motto of "Sake making is agriculture," we brew sake with rice grown under contract with farmers, and through sake, we are communicating the charm of Iki Island to not only Japan but also to countries around the world. It is brewed with the best rice, Yamada-Nishiki, and fermented at low temperature in state-of-the-art facilities, and finished without filtration to give it a deep flavor. It has a muscat aroma with a juicy & fresh fruit bite and sweetness on the palate. It goes great with Japanese and Western cuisine as well. Please enjoy it chilled in a wine glass.
