The name is challenging in a sense, as it is a word with a broad meaning of "blend" and the definite article "the," but the appearance is extremely simple. That's why you can feel the Nikka character. From the Barrel" and the "Pure Malt Series" are both very appealing to Nikka lovers. After The Blend was released in 1986, the series was expanded to include Selection, 17 Years, Round Bottle and New Blend Round Bottle, but the entire series was discontinued during the Nikka Shock in 2015.
